💻 All entries and payments must be made online.
🦠 Infectious Disease Precautions
- All horses must not be under current investigation for infectious diseases, including (but not limited to) Equine Herpes Virus (EHV), Equine Influenza or Strangles.
- Horses must not have been in contact with, or be kept on the same premises as, a horse known to have or be under investigation for the neurological form of EHV, Equine Influenza, Strangles or Equine Viral Arteritis.
📋 Health & Safety Guidelines
- All activities will be conducted in accordance with advice from the relevant national body.
- Any social distancing guidelines must always be adhered to.
⚠️ Horse & Pony Safety
- Horses/ponies must NOT be left tied up outside unattended.
- 🚛 Please do not park in front of or block access to the loading bay.
🔢 Rider Numbers & Times
- Please print/make your own allocated rider number or use your number discs.
- Numbers will be allocated with times.
- Your number must be worn at all times and must be easily readable.
- ⏰ You are expected to ride at your allocated times. Failure to do so may result in being unable to compete.
🏇 Warm-Up & Competition Arenas
- No spectators or filming are allowed in any warm-up or competition arenas. Please use the designated viewing areas.
- Warm-up time may be limited to an estimated 30–40 minutes, depending on the number of horses permitted in the arena.
🧹 Lorry Park
- Please clear up any droppings or hay in the lorry park.
🐕 Dogs
- Dogs are welcome but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times and all dog poo MUST be bagged and binned.
- 🚫 No exceptions.

Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of all participants, horse riding is a very high-risk sport. West Wilts Equestrian Centre and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, owners, other persons or property.

Under BD rules, all horses passports MUST be taken to the office to be checked, before unloading. Failure to do so may result in elimination.
