Rosettes to 6th place, trophies to all class winners plus perpetual trophies to those classes marked above
1 The Mopley Riding Club and the landowners accept no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage, however caused, to competitors, spectators, animals, vehicles or any equipment brought onto the showground. 2 Properly secured hard hats to conform to current standards to be worn by all riders whilst riding anywhere on the show ground. Appropriate dress must be worn. 3 The Club are unable to make a refund on entry fee unless a doctor or vets certificate is produced. 4 Exhibitors arriving late at the ring will be allowed in at the judges discretion but not after the initial line up. 5 The judges decision is final at all times. Any discourteous behaviour to judges stewards or any show personnel may result in dismissal from the showground. 6 The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel the entry made by any person they deem to do so, and the right to cancel any class refunding any fees paid in respect thereof. 7 Complaints must be made in writing to the Secretary within 15 minutes of the incident accompanied by a deposit of £10 returnable if the objection is sustained. The deposit will be retained if the complaint is considered frivolous or malicious. 8 The organisers reserve the right to retain £1.00 per entry in case of cancellation of the event. 9 Dogs must be kept on leads and not left in cars in hot weather. 10 Galloping and excessive use of the practise area is strictly forbidden. 11 No trotting or cantering anywhere on the show ground except for in the practise area or show ring 12 Competitors entering classes that coincide do so at their own risk, no refunds will be made. 13 All whips to be in accordance with Riding Club Rules. Excessive use of whip or spurs will mean disqualification. 14 All ridden ponies/ horses must be 4 years old and over.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers have taken every precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. To be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards.
