Entries taken before hand via online booking link on the day (if numbers allow) or on the course walk.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to EEHSC .
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£2 discount for members of EESHC and EEHPC (PC members please show membership card)
£5 first aid charge per rider must be added to your entires
*Please bring your own number bib and we will supply the numbers* We may have a few to lend if you dint have one but cannot be guaranteed. (£10 deposit will be charged for a number bib, refundable on return)

Rosettes to 6th place, special rosette to the highest placed EESHC member.

Terms & Conditions
1. The judge’s decision is final. Objections must be made in writing and accompanied by a £20 deposit within 20minutes of the results being displayed. The despot will only be refunded if the objection is sustained. 2. Hats MUST be worn and fastened at all times when mounted. It is recommended that hats meets the British Eventing standards. No fixed peaks 3. Body protects MUST be worn at all times on the cross country course. I is recommended that they meet the current British Eventing standards, long sleeves are also advised. And boots with a small heel should be worn. 4. No horse or pony to be ridden more than once per class, unless running HC. 5. No horse can run more than 3 times (including HC rounds ) 6. By making an entry/entries for this competition your are agreeing to comply with the rules and the conditions of this event and you confirm that you understand that neither the organising committee of this event, nor the EEHSC, nor the land owners accept any liability for an accident, damage injury or illness to horses, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. 7. It should be considered a condition of entry that each competitor and spectator shall indemnify the organisers or any person acting on behalf against legal action arising from accident or incident. 8. Th organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone Present. For these measures to be effective, everyone should take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards. 9. Horses and ponies are to be 4 years old and over 10.All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. 11.Any outside interference or assistance will result in elimination with the exception of class 1 12.All competitors must hold public liability insurance.
