Entries close the week before but will close earlier if reached capacity before then.
Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion.
Late entry fee additional £3 per class.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information
Rosettees up to 3rd place
Prize money paid on overall class %
Test sheets can be scanned and emailed to riders or posted for £2.50 upon request.

Withdrawals/Refunds

 Entries will be carried over to the future show if withdrawn before times are published. After times are published entries will not be carried over or refunded. 

Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued with a valid doctors note or veterinary certificate and subject to a £1.50 booking and £2.50 admin fee.

Terms & Conditions

 Start times will be given on the Thursday prior to the event, between 2pm-5pm.
