60 minute presentation on why mindset matters....

• What is a competing mindset and why is it crucial for equestrian sports?
• Why do nerves happen, understanding anxiety vs. excitement
• The challenge of distractions: noise, competition pressure and expectations
• Where does confidence come from – preparation, experience and mindset
• Dealing with personal and external expectations (coaches, parents and competitors)
• How do you bounce back quickly from mistakes

Followed by a Q&A Interactive Discussion This is an introduction presentation, following on there will be an opportunity to attend two 2 hour workshops (date, times and costs to be confirmed).
