Entries close 5 days before or before if we reach our capacity for the day, late entries will incur a £3 late entry fee.

Payment Details & Event Fees

All entries in advance. Entries must only be made via My Riding Life.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Golden Cross Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry fee £17.

Prize Information
Entry/hire vouchers at the ratio of one per 10 starters providing there are more than 5 starters

Withdrawals/Refunds
Withdrawals for online bookings for shows will only be made if made by email to Georgia Poplett admin@goldencrossec.com up until 7 days before the booked date. These will then be refunded as a credit on the account and will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents. Credits on the account can be used at future events at Petley Wood run by the team, please contact us when you would like to use it. Withdrawals made after the 7 days before the booked date will not be credited unless the withdrawal is made before times/ draws are published and a vet or hospital certificate is provided.
