1 Hour session in groups of 4 £25pp

Improves Balance and Coordination: Pole work challenges horses to adjust their stride and works on their proprioception. They navigate obstacles, leading to improved balance, coordination, and agility. This translates to better performance in various riding disciplines, from jumping to dressage.

Strengthens Muscles: Negotiating poles engages various muscle groups, particularly the core, back, and hindquarters, leading to increased strength and stamina. This improved fitness benefits the horse's overall health and performance.

Boosts Confidence: Successfully navigating pole work exercises builds the horse's confidence and trust in the rider. This can be especially helpful for young horses or those lacking confidence in specific areas.

Improves Communication: Pole work requires clear communication and timing between horse and rider. This can strengthen the bond between them and improve overall communication skills.

Adaptable to Different Levels: Pole work exercises can be adjusted to suit you and your horses needs.

    Specifically:

Ridden pole work develops balance, suppleness, rhythm, and responsiveness to rider aids.

In-hand pole work improves groundwork skills, builds trust and communication, and prepares young horses for ridden work.
