Once riders have competed at, or have ‘ever’ qualified for RIHS or HOYS on any height pony they are no longer eligible to compete in the Final.

This class is also a qualifier for the 148cm Restricted Open Championship. Rule 399, riders who have ever been on a Pony European Championship team, Pony Nation Cups team or pony/rider combinations in the top 10 of the Gold league as of 31st March 2022 are not eligible to qualify for the Final. The will be at the Welsh Home Pony Show. Qualifying period: 1 July 2021 - 30th June 2022 for the 2022 Final. Numbers to qualify: Those combinations who jump double clear (clear in the first round and the first jump-off) (one double clear) in the qualifying period. Double clear qualifications will not be obtained from one round competitions (e.g. Table A4 or Table A (1 Round)).

Affiliated shows are required to repay 50 % of the entry fees in respect of all entry cancellations which are received by the Show Organiser not later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first affiliated competition of the show is scheduled to start except in those circumstances outlined in Rule 79.5.
Forest Edge Arena has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the owners/agents whether written or verbal. Forest Edge Arena shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions and shall indemnify Forest edge Arena or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an incident. No rider under the age of 4 years old permitted. No refunds will be given once classes are entered. All classes to be judged in accordance with Forest Edge Rules Judges decision is final. Hard hats to current BS EN 1384, PAS 015 or ASTM F1163 must be worn & correctly secured whilst mounted. Body protectors MUST be worn whilst competing on cross country All stallions must be kept under control at all times & not handled by anyone under 14 years. All stallions must have red/white/blue ribbon in tail. All droppings to be picked up in the indoor & practice arenas and placed in the wheelbarrow provided. Lorries must not be mucked out onto car park. Please place droppings, hay etc into trailer provided. No bicycles or motorcycles, except disabled scooters, anywhere on site. All dogs must be kept on leads and all dog mess cleaned up. No ball games permitted at any time. No fires or barbeques at any time on the premises. No smoking permitted inside stables, buildings or arena premises. All children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. All rubbish/litter to be removed from site or placed in bins provided. Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will be liable to forfeit their fees & expulsion from site. In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left with the secretary in case of an accident.
