Classes 4 – results for each section are combined and placings decided based on the percentage scored. Riders can do multiple tests in each of the PYO classes (entry fee for each). This does not affect qualification for Championships in the Elementary tests.
Intro to Elementary level tests are Hartpury, Sunshine Tour and Trailblazers Qualifiers

Pick and Mix Combined Training: Pick a short arena test offered in the above Dressage competition and pick a Show Jumping height from 30cm to 1m. Please put your nominated dressage test and show jumping height in the notes section of your entry.
Please note that the placings will not be available until all dressage tests and SJ rounds are completed. You may be asked to do your dressage test at the start of the day to fit in with the Show Jumping running order.
Trailblazers Combined Training Qualifiers
To be eligible for a Trailblazers qualification letter, you must select:
Prelim Dressage & 60cm Show Jumping
Novice Dressage & 70cm Show Jumping
Elementary Dressage & 80cm Show Jumping
All other test levels/heights are non-qualifying combinations.

CLOSING DATE: The Thursday before the competition. If classes are full before the closing date, then a waiting list will be held.
Late entries will be available subject to availability, there will be a £5 additional fee per entry.
Please note we will be using a fastest time section over natural fences in the arena for the Arena Eventers Challenge classes.
All classes may be combined for results if low entries but this does not affect qualifying opportunities.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Riding Club nor any agent, employee, or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land , cars/ lorries/trailers, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. Participants attend at their own risk; neither the Committee, Tumpy Green Equestrian Centre Riding Club or Tumpy Green Competition Centre will be liable for any loss, damage or accident to horses, riders, property or other persons. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 3. All competitors must have their own third-party cover. Please ensure that you have adequate/appropriate insurance for rider, horse, property and third party. RULES AND NOTICES 1. Substitutions allowed – please tell the Secretary (either before the times are published or at the Secretary’s box on the day). No changes will be made once times are published. 2. Pre-entries are essential for dressage. If you miss the closing date please email the Secretary for available spaces. 3. Closing date for entries – Wednesday before the competition. Withdrawal refunds given on receipt of a relevant doctor/vet certificate received by the Entries Secretary within a week of the competition (please enclose an s.a.e.). Refunds will be minus an administration charge. 4. If the show is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, entry fees will be refunded via Stripe – this can take up to 10 working days. Any refund will be subject to an administration fee. 5. TIMES WILL BE GIVEN – please see your My Riding Life account. 6. Please collect numbers and pay first aid prior to warming up. 7. Children must not ride in the warm-up arena without an accompanying adult. 8. Each combination may only compete once in each class, with the exception of PYO classes. Stallions are allowed only with prior permission from the Entries Secretary and must wear stallion discs. All horse/ponies must be at least 4 years old on day of competition.9. Turnout for ALL riders and horses is per BRC or Trailblazers rulebooks. 10. Any abuse of horses/ponies, officials, other competitors or members of the public will not be tolerated and those found doing so will be asked to leave the venue with no compensation and may be reported to the relevant authority. 11. We sometimes get withdrawals so it really helps if you can be ready to ride your test approx. 10 mins before the time shown. 12. PHOTOGRAPHS: by entering this competition you are agreeing to be photographed whilst competing; these photographs may be used for future publicity. If you do not want your photograph taken, please notify the photographer on the day. 13. No horses/ponies should be left tied to the outside of trailers/lorries without supervision. Please clear any muck/rubbish and do not leave on the lorry park. Please be aware that there is no gate between the lorry park and the main road. 14. All classes are run under British Riding Club and Trailblazers Rules. 15. The organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor behaving in such a manner as to breach these rules. 16. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event or alter the order of classes if there are insufficient entries. 17. Requests with regards to times can be declared in your entry notes and the organisers will do their best to accommodate these. 18. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times. 19. Please abide by all signage and follow instructions from Tumpy Green staff. ALL PERSONS ATTENDING SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED THAT THE SHOW VENUE ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ACCIDENT, INJURY, DAMAGE OR THEFT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND SHALL ABIDE BY THE VENUES RULES AS DISPLAYED ON THE PREMISES.
