Join us at for our Inhand Pole & Equine Massage Clinic. In partnership with The Animal Therapy Co. You can discover the numerous benefits of massage for your horse. From reducing muscle tension and improving circulation to decreasing stress hormones and increasing joint mobility, equine massage is a powerful tool that can enhance your horse's performance and reduce the risk of injury. During our clinic, you'll learn valuable massage techniques that can be easily incorporated into your horse's routine care, Combined with our in-hand pole clinic, where you and your horse will engage in walk and light trot exercises using poles, cavalettis, and cones. With a maximum of 4 horses and handlers in the arena at a time, you'll receive personalized guidance as you work through different pole exercises. Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your bond with your horse and improve their overall well-being.

All participants will receive diagram copies of all the clinic exercises to be practised at home, as well as a feedback sheet with personal goals and aims. Will be a fun and informative session! Book now to avoid disappointment!

 

Under 18’s & Vulnerable adults must wear a hard hat and have a supervising adult on hand

Clinic is suitable for all ages therefore please use an appropriate handling aid for your horse, (Head collar or bridle) Please notify us of any behavioural issues so that we can ensure all participants are safe - there will be child handlers present.

Toilets: Welcome to use the toilets but please don’t touch the stabled ponies for bio security - no under 12's to be unaccompanied on the yard at any time. 

No dogs to be bought on site.

Parking for the arena is in front of the arena please ensure they don’t park in the main yard or tie up anywhere other than against their vehicle unless they hacked over. 

All droppings and hay should be if cleared prior to departure. A poop scoop and bucket are available in the arena if they haven’t bought their own.

Withdrawals/Refunds

 Due to being inhand, if injury or illness occurs, please provide vet/dr notification. 

Terms & Conditions

 All horses must be vaccinated annually in accordance with BRC rules prior to January 2020 and that no injection to be within 6 days prior to the event, horses can compete if they have the first two injections as long as no injection was given in the 6 days prior to the event. Spot checks may be made, and the rules may change if circumstances change. • For all test requirements please see the British Riding Clubs website at www.bhs.org.uk or British Dressage at www.britishdressage.co.uk • British Riding Club Rules 2020 will apply • Any protest against a decision of the judges should be made in accordance with riding club rule G14 of 2018 rule book. • Hard hat with fixed straps (Riding Club Rules 2020) to be worn at all times when mounted. • No horse under the age of four may compete in Dressage and Ridden Showing classes. • STALLIONS and COLTS must be shown in a suitable bit and bridle with a STALLION DISC. Stallions and colts must not be led by juniors under the age of 18. • No horses allowed who are not competing • It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers and landowner and their agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, spectators, their property, servants or horses & ponies, howsoever caused on the showground • Medical facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency call out • Please take all rubbish home with you and pick up droppings and hay from the car park • The organisers reserve the right to retain a proportion of the entry fee for administration purposes in the event of cancellation of the competition. • All Competitors and/or owners must have their own insurance which includes suitable public liability. • The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers Officials and Stewards. • Entry fees will not be returned unless a vet or doctors’ certificate is provided.
