Group lessons of 4 riders for 1 hour in the lovely indoor aren.

 

A brilliant way to improve your horses posture, symmentry, suppleness and strength. A supportive and encouraging coaching environment. Creative patterns with poles to help the horse and rider with balance and harmony.

 

Christine Gay is a Trainee Ride with your Mind Coach, Personnal Trainer level 3, BHS Accredited Professional Stage 5 Coach, Centre 10 advance coach and list 4 dressage judge, specialising in rider and horse bio-mechanics.
