Cancellations 24hrs before the hire will be held over or transferred to a new date rather than refunded. Any cancellations before the 24hr period can been refunded or a voucher can been issued for rehire or against any other THRC event.

Field hire is for THRC MEMBERS ONLY
The field will be available for hire most days unless it is closed for field maintenance, show preparation or events.
All riders must be accompanied by a responsible person. YOU MUST NOT BE ALONE. Parents must make the booking for Junior Members, who must be accompanied by a parent, Senior Member or instructor.
Do not use the show jumping arena for flat work or grid work.

Please leave the arenas as you would expect to find them with all jumps left standing and no poles to be left on the floor. Please report any breakages so they can be repaired. You will not be charged.
Anyone misusing the field or equipment will not be allowed to hire the field again. They may have their Club membership cancelled and will be refused future show entries.
LUNGING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE FIELD.
HIRING THE CLUB FIELD IS DONE SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. CURRENT STANDARD HATS ARE ESSENTIAL AND BODY PROTECTORS ARE RECOMMENDED WITH THE CURRENT TURQUIOSE LABEL. THRC ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY.
WHEN YOU LEAVE PLEASE MAKE SURE BOTH GATES ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED
DO NOT SWEEP TRAILERS AND LORRIES OUT ONTO THE FIELD, PLEASE TAKE HOME YOUR DROPPINGS.
