Sections for Individuals and teams, to be run under BRC rules. Classes this year are Mixed age groups, so Juniors & Seniors compete side by side and teams can consist of a mixture of Juniors & Seniors.
Please enter the test you would llike to do, and where possible we will group you into teams. Each team member's score also counts in the individual competitions.
A Novice team is made up of 3 or 4 members, each riding a differrent test out of Prelim 1 (jumping 60cm), Prelim 2 (jumping 60cm), Prelim 2 (jumping 70cm), Novice 2 (jumping 70cm).
An Open team is made up of 3 or 4 members, each riding a differrent test out of Prelim 1 (jumping 80cm), Novice 1 (jumping 80cm), Prelim 2 (jumping 90cm), Novice 2 (jumping 90cm).
Horses can compete twice - either as part of a team and as an individual OR they can enter twice as individuals - in both cases, the dressage test/height MUST be different.
Jumping will be on a surafce. Dressage will be on a mixture of grass or a surface.
Your horse must have up to date annual influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Rulebook.
Hats must have a visible PINK hat tag in place before being used for warming up & competing, to show that it meets the current safety standards. There will be a trained official there on the day to check & tag your hat for you if it doesnt currently have a tag. For up-to-date hat rules, please see p36 of the 2025 rule book.
2 helpers per team, or per 3 individual entries are required, so please be prepared to help for a while, or bring a helper with you.
Due to parking, there will be no tying up of horses outside of lorries and boxes.
Please be conscientious & pick up droppings in the car park and lanes to/from the arenas.
