Mini’s 8 years & Under and may be led on a loose lead rein.
There will be a Tack Check but no turnout placings.

Entries to be made by the Team Trainer, and must be entered as a team, not individually.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Mid Surrey Pony Club.

Terms & Conditions
Entries are accepted and admission granted only subject to the following conditions, which are deemed to have been accepted by each competitor. 1. Health, Safety and Welfare: The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the Officials and Stewards. 2. Legal Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 3. This competition will be run in accordance with Pony Club Mounted Games Rules 2025. It is the responsibility of all competitors to know the rules. Please refer to the main Pony Club website for full rule book 4. All riding hats must conform to Pony Club Rules 2023. https://pcuk.org/officials/health-and-safety/dress-and-tack/ Hard Hats conforming to PC standards MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES with chin straps done up when mounted. No fixed peaks. Long hair. In the interest of safety, long hair must be secured appropriately in a hairnet. The Pony Club Saddlery and Dress rules will be strictly enforced 5. The judge’s decision is final in all matters. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, add or amend any of the conditions or competitions, as they think fit and to refuse entry at their discretion. Any objection must be made to the secretary with a deposit of £15 not later than 30 minutes after the incident, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld. 6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason for doing so and reserve the right to eliminate any competitor who in their opinion places her/himself or others in danger or fails to observe rules. 7. Entry fee refunded, less £25 admin fee per team £20.00 for Mini team, before entry closing date. After closing date entry fee, less £25 admin fee per team £20 per Mini team, only refunded on production of Vet or Doctor’s certificate. 8. Horses or ponies must be 4 years or over on the day of the show. 9. No horses/ponies to be left unattended when tied to the lorry/trailer 10. In the event of cancellation of the event, monies will be refunded less £25.00 per team. Mini Teams £20.00 per team, administration fee. REASONABLE ADJUSTMENT : The Pony Club is committed to ensuring that, wherever possible, members are able to access all aspects of the Branch and Centre activities we offer. Reasonable Adjustments are any actions that help to reduce the effect of a disability or difficulty.
