Class 1 will start at 9.30am. Times will be posted on www.myridinglife.com on Thursday evening, it is your responsibility to look at them. BE style number bibs must be worn. You are responsible for printing and bringing your own numbers. Number template can be found on www.aylesfordequine.co.uk to print out. Course open for inspection on Saturday from 2pm or can be walked with care on the day of competition.

Entries in advance only. All entries are subject to a non -refundable booking fee of £3.00. For entry queries, please contact Louise on 07904110024. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Aylesford Equine. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Abandonment In the event of abandonment due to ground conditions or cancellation due to government COVID or sporting guidelines changing, a £5.00 administration charge will be deducted by Aylesford Equine, with the balance refunded.
Withdrawals Withdrawal before close of entries: full refund excluding charges Withdrawal between close of entries and before times are issued: 50% refund excluding charges Withdrawal after times are forwarded to the organizer: No refund will be given. Prior to the event’s closing date, you can edit your own booking online to change the horse and rider. Substitutions after closing date will be subject to an additional £5.00 fee. Booking fee is non-refundable in all instances.
Entry is deemed to be in acceptance of these conditions: • The decision of the judges is final at all times and in all matters • Dogs are welcome but must be on leads at all times. • This event will be run under the Pony Club Eventing Rules 2024. Air jackets if worn for xc, must be over the body protector. Link for more information Body-Protector-Rule.pdf• Fall of horse or rider, three refusals at same obstacle or four refusals around the course will result in elimination. • Stopwatches are not allowed in any class. • There will be a timed section which will be based on an optimum time NOT the fastest time • Pairs classes – competitors do not need to jump side by side, but a pair may not jump the next obstacle before their partner has jumped the previous one. • Any competitor jumping an ‘L Fence’ will incur 15 penalties. • Horses/Ponies should not be left unattended outside horseboxes at any time. • No horse may compete more than once in any class and twice on the day • Each class requires a minimum of 3 entries and the organisers reserve the right to cancel, amalgamate or change any class • Dress - Correct Hunting Dress is preferred but cross country colours may be worn. • The organisers reserve the right to limit or refuse entries • Outside assistance of any kind is not allowed except in catching loose horses and assisting in re-mounting • Mounted inspection of the course at any time will result in elimination Legal Liability Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, or anyone associated with Aylesford Equine, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. Health, Safety and Welfare The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards. Insurance All riders must all have their own public liability insurance to a limit of indemnity of no less than 2 million
