*The horses involved in sessions are integral to the healing process and act as facilitators of energy exchange and emotional connection. Their presence supports the release of blockages and promotes harmony.

Responsibility of the Participant:

*Medical Conditions: If you have any serious medical conditions, injuries, or mental health diagnoses, it is your responsibility to inform the practitioner prior to the session. This includes but is not limited to chronic illnesses, heart conditions, epilepsy, or any psychological conditions requiring professional treatment.
*Allergies: Please disclose any allergies, particularly those related to animals, hay, or environmental factors that may be relevant during your session.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

At True Fate, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience during your session. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies regarding late arrivals and cancellations:

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other appointments scheduled after yours. The full session fee will still apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment, depending on availability, and cancellation fees may apply.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
