We are thrilled to be hosting a Dressage Masterclass with the one and only Gareth Hughes. 

Gareth is a successful international dressage rider, who has competed in top level competition around the world, including European Championships, World Equestrian Games, multiple Nation cup appearances and travelling reserve to Tokyo Olympics.

Come and watch Gareth working with various partnerships from young horses to Grand Prix.  We have some fantastic combinations lined up, here’s an outline of area’s covered on the day: 

• Young horse - Looking at correct basic paces / potential in a young horse 
• Elementary - Starting leg yield / Shoulder In
• Medium - Introduction to Walk pirouettes / How to set up half pass 
• Advanced Medium - Learning changes / Riders aids and set up for a single change 
• PSG / Inter I - Further development of Collection & Starting canter pirouettes / sequence changes
• GP - Working on Piaffe & Passage

There will also be an indoor shopping village, so you can shop to your hearts content whilst watching and learning! 

Coffee & Cakes available to purchase & Raffle tickets for sale, Bishop Burton cafe will be open for hot and cold food. 

VIP Tickets: Reserved Seating, table & chairs setting on the arena (x4 seats per table) Meet Gareth with photo opportunity, Glass of fizz and goody bag - Please note the VIP area does not allow dogs as this is on the arena and would cause some disturbance to the horses. We would ask all participants to be remain seated throughout the demonstration until the short interval between the change over of horses.  

General Admission tickets: Unallocated seating.  Sadly, there are no dogs allowed in the viewing area.  Only guide dogs.  These tickets are wheelchair accessible. 

Refund Policy: If JJ Rose Events / Claire Marie Senior / Manor Grange Stud cancels the event a full refund (minus a service fee charge of £5 per booking/ticket) will be given or an alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation JJ Rose Events / Claire Marie Senior / Manor Grange Stud is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, travel charges or accommodation charges or any other charges that might be incurred. Tickets are non-transferable and no refunds will be given to those who choose not to attend the event. Substitutions will be accepted at no extra charge. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing.
