 ALL UNAFFILIATED CLASSES   60CM - 1M ARE QUALIFIERS FOR HARTBURY SHOWJUMPING CHAMPIONSHIPS AND TRAILBLAZERS CHAMPIONSHIPS (including the SJ section of Trailblazers Combined Training Championships). 

  This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All-England Showground, Hickstead in September 2023. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Show Jumpng Challenge from Lead Rein through to 1.05m.

Contribution to Ambulance £4 per Rider per Day

PLEASE BE AWARE ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ONCE CLASSES ARE FULL.  The final closing date for entries will be midnight on Wednesday 27tth March.  ANY WITHDRAWALS MADE BEFORE THIS CUT OFF DATE WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A £5 ADMINISTRATION FEE.  ANY WITHDRAWAL AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY SORT.
 

Please book on line. Closing date for stabling SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO FIRST DAY OF SHOW. 

ANY STABLING CANCELLED AFTER MIDDAY ON FRIDAY 22nd  MARCH WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS RESOLD, IN WHICH CASE A £10 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

CONDITIONS OF STABLING
1. Overnight stables will be let for the duration of the show only.
2. Bedding is not provided, shavings/hay can be brought on the showground. No Paper bedding please.
3. Anyone found using unallocated stables will be charged at the full rate for the entirety of the show.
4. All stables must be mucked out before you leave. Please only use the muck-heaps provided.
5. Day Stables will be at a price of £15.00 per day, subject to availability.
6. One vehicle only per electric hook-up, adjoined vehicles will be charged at the full rate of £70.

 Prize money will be sent the week after the show.  PLEASE ENSURE YOU FILL A FORM IN AT THE SECRETARIES IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE MONEY.

Tickets to ride must now be purchased from British Showjumping.  The good news is the cost is less. £5 for the horse and rider combination for the day. Please include your ticket code on your entry.

 Pavilion will be open 9.00am - 5.00 pm  Breakfast, Baps, Toasties, Jacket Potaotes, Wraps, Salads, hot & cold drinks etc
