The dismounted rally will include pony and horse care instruction, aiding members working toward their efficiency tests.

Dress:

·         Pony Club Rugby/Sweatshirts and sensible yard clothes and boots (no trainers or jewellery please) We will be outside on the yard, so please dress for the weather.

·         Pony Club tagged riding hat and gloves with you, in case your group will be working with a pony during the session. Hats must be to standard PAS015 or 2011, VGI, Snell E2001, AS/MZS 3838 (2006 onwards) or ATSM F1163 and tagged.

·         Named bottle of water

Non-members: If space allows, we will accept non-members at a price of £5 on op of the entry fee

Bookings and payment in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System Payment is secure and it goes directly to Jersey Drag Hunt Branch Of The Pony Club. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment. 

Entries: via MyRidingLife by 27 December 2024 to allow sufficient time to organise groups. 

 Fee: £5 per member.

Non-members – Should space permit, non-members will be accepted, at an extra non-member fee charge of £5.

Refund policy: No Refunds except on a doctors note or 48 hours notice.

NON-MEMBERS All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third-party cover. The Jersey Drag Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.  Please provide evidence of your third-party cover. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

LEGAL LIABILITY Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
