Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BCA.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£25 for one horse, Additional horses £15 each.
Maximum 4 horses per booking slot.

All droppings must be cleared from the arena.

Please leave jumps as found and do not change distances.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Refunds can only be priovided if we have 48 hours notice and on production of vet/doctors certificate

IF YOU ARE BRINGING AN INSTRUCTOR TO TEACH WE REQUIRE A COPY OF THEIR INSURANCE DOCUMENT AS WITHOUT THIS THEY ARE UNABLE TO TEACH AT BCA. PLEASE CAN YOU EMAIL THIS TO equine-enquiries@windsor-forest.ac.uk
