IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PONY OWNER, RIDER AND RIDER’s REGISTERED PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO CHECK ELIGIBILITY FOR ANY CLASS.

Online payment via the 'MyRidingLife' booking system will permit use of a credit or debit card, or a Paypal account.

All prices include VAT at standard rate. VAT statements can be provided after the show has completed only - please request by email using the booking party email address. SouthView VAT reg. 713 7000 78 

Manually processed entries - £5 admin fee payable with booking/non-refundable.   

First Aid will be levied at £5 per MRL-defined-rider, per booking party, per day. If you wish to add further class entries for a rider, having already completed a booking, provided your booking account is correctly set up and you were the original booking party, then you will not be re-charged the levy payment.   

PLEASE NOTE if more than one booking party books for the same rider, this fee will be payable by each separate booker per rider per day.  Note too,  that if a booking party defines a rider more than once in their account, then uses more than one of these from the drop down rider selection list, the system will perceive this to be two (or more) different riders and the fee will be applied to each. If you notice in your rider drop down box a rider appearing mutiple times, be sure to select from the same position in the list for every class entered. We advise that you then apply to the system providers (text to 07798626075) to delete the duplicate rider records.  (They will also merge all 'live' entries across all venues using the system, but no adjustment to fees already paid will be applicable).    

Where the levy is charged because of incorrect account set up or because of multiple booking parties making entries for the same rider, this will not be refunded.

Amendments to class entry after draw publication at venue discretion only - £5 fee payable, non-refundable.

Any outstanding accounts for the booking party, rider, parent/guardian of junior rider, or owner (as booked or actual) will be deducted prior to any prize or other refund payment being made. Where such accounts exist the payment of prize monies may be delayed beyond the 14 days stipulated. 

Dishonoured or cancelled payment/non-payment by last day of event - A £20 non-payment fee will be levied, all admin and recovery costs will be payable,  plus interest charged daily at Barclays Base Rate plus 8%. 

PERMANENT STABLES for day use only,  or overnight from 4:30 day prior to event.

Stables may be occupied from 4:30 pm on the day before the show commences, up until latest departure by 9:30 am on the day after the show ends.

Stable allocation will be in order of date/time booked after sponsor obligations. If you wish to be stabled near another party, all parties please request on booking, stating Booking Party names in the 'STABLE NOTES' facility on the STABLING booking tab when booking stables.

PRIVATE TRANSFER OF STABLE/HOOKUP BOOKINGS TO OTHER PARTIES OR IN ANY WAY PERMITTING THE USE OF STABLES YOU HAVE RESERVED BY OTHER PARTIES AT ANY TIME IS VERY STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED AND NEITHER TRANSFEROR (IF STILL ATTENDING THE SHOW) NOR TRANSFEREE  WILL BE ADMITTED. STABLES MAY ONLY BE USED TO HOUSE A HORSE/PONY ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING AT THE SHOW AND BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CLASS ENTRY. 

HOOKUP - £30 the duration including VAT,  available to stable bookers only.

All equipment to be used in a lorry to be hooked up to the SouthView power provisions must have a current PAT (Portable Appliance Test) certificate - spot checks will be conducted. Bookers must wait to be hooked up and may not attach themselves to the system. The provision of a suitable connection lead is the responsibility of the booker and this must also have been PAT certificated. Splitters may not be employed.  Any failure caused to the system by unauthorised or faulty connection will be liable to a £200 fine and reconnection will not be permitted / no refund of the hookup fee will be due. A booking for Hookup will only be accepted on supply of the vehicle registration. Any lorry seen to be hooked up for which the registration number is not so logged will be disconnected and the connection lead confiscated. 

PLEASE NOTE Power supply is not guaranteed to be continuous and if you require a continuous supply you must supply your own low noise level generator.  

Overnight Lorry Parking - free of charge to stable bookers only; lorries must be parked strictly where directed. For security and safety reasons, cars (except when towing trailer with a competing animal) are not permitted in the lorry parking or stables areas and must be separately parked strictly where directed.

Cancellation of any booking MUST be sent by email from the booking party email address to office@southviewarena.com and an email response will be sent to confirm receipt. We do not need to be advised of the reason for any cancellation and no evidence of reason including vet's / doctor's letters are required accordingly.

Up until noon of the day two days before the first day of the show, refund on receipt of valid emailed cancellation is paid via the online payment platform minus the following: The online booking system provider's fee; the payment processing provider's fee; a £5 administration charge applicable per separate booking transaction to be cancelled, and per separate cancellation request made.

After noon  of the day two days before the first day of the show  NO REFUND NOR TRANSFER  TO ANOTHER EVENT IS POSSIBLE.

STABLES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE BOOKING PARTY ONLY AND MAY NOT BE TRANFERRED TO OTHER PARTIES NOR USED FOR ANYTHING APART FROM THE HOUSING OF A COMPETING HORSE/PONY.

Cancellation refunds, when due per the above rules, we will endeavour to issue within 28 days of the last day of the event.  

The show is offered subject to the rules of the British Showjumping Association, the General Terms and Conditions of SouthView Equestrian Centre Limited and the specific event rules as displayed with the schedule on www.southviewarena.com - please read General Terms at top of events page and specific event terms by clicking into the show title on the events page.

HOOKUP MAY ONLY BE BOOKED BY STABLING PARTIES.

LORRIES MAY ONLY STAY ON SITE OVERNIGHT F.O.C WHEN STABLING IS BOOKED AND MUST PARK STRICTLY WHERE DIRECTED.

DRAWS TO BE PUBLISHED PER BS RULES as follows:

DAY 1: 36 HOURS PRIOR TO START OF FIRST CLASS. (entry closes one hour prior to publication deadline noon of the day two days prior)

AFTER COMPLETION OF YOUR ONLINE BOOKING YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE MYRIDINGLIFE SYSTEM - ***PLEASE CHECK THIS STATEMENT TO ENSURE THAT ALL IS AS YOU EXPECT / REQUIRE **

 If you do not receive the email 1. check your spam net and 2. check the email address you have entered into your MyRidingLife account is correct. You can also see your entry and booking details on your MyRidingLife account at any time by logging into that account on www.myridinglife.co.uk.

The purpose of the event is to participate in competitive affiliated showjumping. All attendees must abide by all rules at all times. Anyone deemed to be breaking any rule or behaving in an unacceptable manner, at the entire discretion of the Show Organiser, will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

Anyone appearing to be showing symptoms of an infectious/transmittable disease or virus or any horse showing possible symptoms of an infectious/transmittable equine disease or virus etc.,  will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

 ANY CURRENT GOVERNMENT HEALTH STIPULATIONS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES

Flat work is permitted in the warm up attached to the non-competitive arena (i.e. indoor when competing outdoor, outdoor when competing indoor) during daylight hours, immediately prior to your allotted main/competitive arena warm up/jumping slot.

There is a levy of £5 per rider-per day payable which includes for first aid. THIS LEVY IS PAYABLE PER RIDER/PER BOOKING PARTY. It is therefore advised that only one booking party is used. Also please check your MRL account to ensure that each rider appears only once in the drop down selection box, as each occurrence will be considered as a different rider for this purpose. No refund of fee will be payable in instances of multiple booking parties/multiple rider versions defined. For help to delete duplicate riders, you can text the system providers on 07798626075.
