Show Information

This show is a qualifier for British Eventing ACE Championships 2025 in the 70cm, 80cm, 90cm & 1m classes; top 4 to qualify.    Championships to be held at Aintree Equestrian Centre, on 29th May - 1st June 2025. Visit www.britisheventing.com/compete/championships/ace for more information.

**ALL CLASSES OPEN TO EVERYONE**


All competition takes place outdoors on a surface, warm-up is indoors.
All classes are open to juniors/seniors on ponies/horses and will be split if entries warrant
All classes are one round, over 16 – 18 jumping efforts; a mixture of show jumps, cross country type knock down fences.  No solid obstacles, no bank & no water spash included. Tje whole round is timed, with an optimum time. No stopwatches allowed.

Riders to be 10yo or over to be eligible to qualify

Body protectors advised, but not mandatory

Wear either cross-country colours or showjumping attire

LKFEC have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of horse & rider, to be effective clients must behave responsibly to prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions given by LKFEC staff & helpers.
Neither LKFEC nor any person acting on behalf of the establishment accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horse, riders, spectators or any other persons,or property whatsoever.
Any individual using the facilities, do so at their own risk.

Entry means that you have read & understood our terms & conditions

No refunds will be given once the drawn order is out, or prior to that without a doctor/vet certificate

Judges decision is final, all shows run in accordance with BS/BD rules, unless otherwise stated, our unaffiliated shows are elimination at 3rd disobendiance & arena eventing at 4th disobediance.

Hard hats to current standards MUST be worn at all times whilst mounted

Dogs to be kept on leads at all times.

No horses/ponies to be tied to outside of horsebox/trailer unsupervised.

Do not muck out horsebox/trailer onto lorry park.

Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will forfeit their entry fees & be removed from the site.

 

FOR BE COMPETITION:

You agree that the information you have provided in connection with your entry will be disclosed to British Eventing.

Should you receive an injury as the direct result of an accident occurring whilst you are participating in any event organised by an affiliated event organiser, any medical reports relating to your condition will be passed to British Eventing. Any medical reports passed to British Eventing will be held on your records and passed in confidence to the UK Transport Research Lab for the purposes of safety analyses.

The competitor confirms that they have appropriate third-party insurance cover in place for the day of the competition for which they are entering.

The competitor agrees to comply with all the relevant BE rules as detailed in the BE Rules and Members' handbook, including those relating to vaccinations & BEFAR (BEF Anti-Doping Rules).
