ALL RIDERS PLEASE NOTE:
The minimum hat standard is BSEN 1384 and PAS 015 is compulsory for all riders. All riders wishing to compete must wear hats complying with the new British Standard. Hats to current standards must be worn and fastened at all times when mounted. Reservation of the right - The organiser has the right to -
1. Cancel any class or event
2. Divide any class
3. Alter any advertised times
4. Refuse any entry
The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, please take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. The organisers ask you to obey the following points:
· Watch out for horses
· Please do not drop litter or cigarette ends.
· Please do not leave children or horses unattended
· Dogs must be kept on leads and under control at all times
· Please use show car park on show days and arena hire.
· Please clean up your horse’s droppings/mess before you leave.
· NO LUNGEING
· No smoking in the yard area
· No horses under the age of 4
· No Stallions
Please note that BD rules will apply to classes with regards to tack fitting - with a modification to the dress code.
Please note the required hat ruling above, and if you do not own a correct riding jacket a smart jumper or sweat-shirt may be worn over a shirt and tie/stock.
Correct foot wear must be worn. Horses do not necessarily need to be plaited, but must be well turned out.
LIABILITY Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organiser or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event to which these rules apply, nor the BD nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, land or any other persons or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
