Terms and conditions.
1. You are welcome to adjust the heights of the fences but the course MUST be returned to a minimum of 1m in height.
2. NO JUMPS are to be moved. The course MUST remain the same as numbered.
3. Please DO NOT adjust the bounces. They do not interfere with the course and you may jump them but the distances ARE NOT PERMITTED to be changed.
4. No poles are to be left on the floor. All poles must be placed back onto cups (this will not be possible for you tomorrow we are waiting or additional cups to be delivered on Friday before they can all be placed back on cups).
5. ABSOLUTELY NO wooden poles are to be used for :- trotting poles, placing poles, or ground lines.
6. White trunking is provided to use as :- ground lines, placing poles, trotting poles and tramlines.
7. All breakages must be reported and paid for.
8. The arena is monitored on CCTV. All droppings MUST be removed from the arena, pathways and parking area before the hirer leaves the premises.
9. Dogs are welcome but strictly must remain on leads and are NOT permitted in the arena itself.
