Entries in advance via our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Pachesham Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

£15 class 1, £20 all other classes

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals for shows must only be made to shows@pacheshamequestrain.com and must be 7 days before the booked date. This will then either be refunded as credit on the account (please contact us when you would like to use it) or a voucher will be created for you to then use with us at Pachesham at your chosen show (must be used within 1 year of the date of the original entry) these will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents. Any withdrawals before the 7 days will not be credited unless the withdrawal is made before times/ draws and a vet or hospital certificate is provided.

Terms & Conditions

1. BD rules apply to all Dressage classes 2. BS rules apply to all Showjumping classes 3. Pachesham reserves the right to refuse entry or make change to any class 4. Riding helmets must be worn when mounted at ALL times (we also advise wearing a riding hat when handling horses). Riding hats must have a correctly fitted chin strap and must meet the current British standard requirements. 5. Horses are never to be let loose, lunged or loose schooled in any arenas at any time (unless given permission by the organiser) 6. Pachesham reserve the right to disqualify and or ban riders and their parties who are seen displaying an excessive use of whips/ spurs and/or seen riding or handling their horse in an unkind or unsafe manner. You may also be asked to leave the property 7. Our judge’s decision is always final 8. Dogs Must be kept on a lead at all times, owners responsible for clearing up after their dogs 9. No mucking out in the lorry park 10. Pachesham is not responsible for any Accidents, injuries or incidents to any persons or animal 11. Any personal property/ belongings including vehicles on the premises are left at their own risk, Pachesham is not responsible/ liable for any loss, damage or theft 12.
