Show Information

 

  • START  Class 1 - 10am
  • All classes are pre entry. Drawn order times will be available one day before the competition
  • Trailblazers Qualifier. This is a direct qualifier with heights from 60cm to 1m for Seniors and Juniors and for Seniors on ponies, heights from 60cm – 80cm. The top 8 in the class qualify, regardless of the number of starts or clear rounds. Qualification cards £12.00 each, available from office. 
  • IF YOU MISS YOUR TIME YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE. RIDER NUMBERS MUST BE WORN

All classes run under British Showjumping rules.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Glebe Farm EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes and fill in all necessary fields.

Entry fees £15.00 Clear Round £10
A £3.50 medical fee is charged per competitor. Late entry admin fee £4.00

 

Prize Information
  • Rosettes to sixth place for all classes
  •  
  • 1st prize pairs £50, minimum of 4 pairs in class.

 

Withdrawals/Refunds
  •  Bookings in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
  • Payment is secure and it goes directly to Glebe Farm EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
  • Withdrawals can be transferred to another event if arrange before the closing date
  • No refund or transfer if cancelled 48 hrs or later before the event. There will be a £5.00 admin charge for any refunds.
  • ALL Online booking fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or transfers after the closing date will be given without the production of a Vet or GP letter.

Terms & Conditions

ALL RIDERS PLEASE NOTE:
The minimum hat standard is BSEN 1384 and PAS 015 is compulsory for all riders. All riders wishing to compete must wear hats complying with the new British Standard. Hats to current standards must be worn and fastened at all times when mounted.
Reservation of right:- The organiser has the right to
a) Cancel any class or event
b) Divide any class
c) Alter any advertised times
d) Refuse any entry

The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, please take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. The organisers ask you to obey the following points:
a) Watch out for horses
b) Please do not drop litter or cigarette ends.
c) Please do not leave children or horses unattended
d) Dogs must be kept on leads at all times
e) Please park tidily
f) Please clean up your horses droppings/mess before you leave.
g) NO LUNGEING
h) No smoking in the yard area
i) No horses under the age of 4
j) No Stallions
k) Practice jumps must not exceed the height of the running class.

Prize money paid in accordance to entries ie. Guaranteed 1st prize. 2nd prize 6-11 3rd prize 12 onwards

Please note that BSJA rules will apply to classes with regards to tack fitting - with a modification to the dress code. Please note the required hat ruling above, and if you do not own a correct riding jacket a smart jumper or sweat-shirt may be worn over a shirt and tie/stock. Correct footwear must be worn. Horses do not necessaril
y need to be plaited, but must be well turned out.
LIABILITY Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organiser or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event to which these rules apply, nor the BSJA nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, land or any other persons or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
