Late entries may be taken at the Organiser’s discretion, subject to a £3 fee per class. Payment for late entries must be made before the entry can be processed.

Entries in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize money paid on overall class % Test sheets will be scanned and emailed to riders
Withdrawals made before close of entries will be refunded minus a $3 booking and admin fee. No refunds after close of entries. Entries will be carried over to a future show if withdrawn 48 hours before times are published, after this time entries will not be carried over. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Start times will be available online two days before the event, between 2PM-4PM, on MyRidingLife or at www.hartpuryequineevents.co.uk
