Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings and payment in advance please. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System - www.myridinglife.com. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Attleford Equestrian. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
COST: £15 per 30mins. 1 extra horse for £5 per session
In the event of any session being cancelled, Attleford Equestrian shall retain an administration fee of £1.50 from each booking. If we need to re-schedule a session less than 24 hours before that session is due to start, we will offer you the choice of a re-schedule or a refund. Bookings are transferable between your horses owned by the same person.
Attleford Equestrian reserve the right to refuse any booking without reason.
Attleford Equestrian, their representatives or helpers do not accept liability for injury, damage or loss suffered by customers, their horses, grooms, friends, vehicles or property, however caused.
All persons entering the Salt therapy room enter at their own risk and must be dressed appropriately and wearing personal protective equipment including sturdy non-slip footwear. Anybody who does not wear personal protective clothing does so at their own risk.
Copies of passports and evidence of up to date vaccinations are required for bio-security reasons before first session. Please do not offload your horse until these have been checked.
Any horse presenting with abnormal signs of possible illness e.g. raised temperature, abnormal nasal discharge, inflamed glands, will be sent away for bio-security reasons. If your horse develops an infectious or contagious condition during its course of treatment at Attleford Equestrian you must inform us, via email, as soon as possible.
Please inform us of any behavioural problems or vices in advance.
Any horse in the centre deemed by staff as a risk to health and safety of the staff will have their treatment postponed and asked to leave until the treatment can be carried out safely. Full payment of the session will be applicable. Staff will then discuss with the owner regarding further treatment and management needed in order to carry out safe treatment.
The welfare and health of all horses attending Attleford Equestrian is paramount. Any horse deemed to be sick or injured in anyway will be refused treatment and the owner shall be asked to remove the horse from the premises.
Salt therapy is intended as a complimentary treatment, it is not intended to replace veterinary treatment.
In the event of a Zoonotic diseases (e.g Strangles, Equine Influenza, Herpes Virus or any other disease or condition) outbreak in the local area the horse must not attend the venue.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and remain the responsibility of the owner. If any dog is found loose or unattended at Attleford Equestrian, then appropriate action will be taken.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that the grounds of Attleford Equestrian are kept clean and littler put in the bins provided. Any customer or associate found to be disobeying these rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
All bookings need to be paid for prior to commencing.

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, online and cash payments. Sessions must be paid in full in advance of the treatment.
All owners are required to complete a registration form prior to their horses first treatment.
If owners are claiming for treatment on their insurance, treatments need to be paid for in advance, and then costs re-claimed from the appropriate insurance company. Receipts for payment can be provided.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations; otherwise the normal full session fee will be applicable unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be considered by the manager.
Attleford Equestrian is a no smoking premises
If horses are staying overnight their passports must be left with us. This will be locked in the office for safekeeping. It will also be required to provide passports showing up to date vaccinations before first treatment can commence. All horses undergoing Salt therapy treatments at Attleford Equestrian do so at their own risk. We will not be held responsible for any injury suffered by horses or their owners using our facilities. Nor will we be held responsible for the insurance of the said horse, for loss or loss of equipment pertaining to said horse. We reserve the right to charge the costs of making repairs (or, if necessary, replacement) to the owner if your horse causes damage to our premises or equipment The treatments we offer are therapeutic in nature and as such we cannot make any guarantee as to their effectiveness. In the event that a horse may require sedation, the owner must take responsibility to contact their vet and organize this. We are able to liaise with your vet to arrange this, but additional charges will be incurred.
