Show Information

Both of our fantastic arenas are floodlit. There are no additional charges for limited use.
Jumps MAY or MAY NOT be in the arena you have booked, we request that you leave the arena as you have found it unless you have made prior arrangements with Wellow Park Stables.
Training show jumps are available to be used at no additional charge. Wellow Park Stables predominantly use the outdoor arena for jumping.
If you are looking to jump a full course of fences, please look out for our SJ COURSE HIRE DAYS.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Wellow Park Stables.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Cost: £20 plus Booking Fee. £5 extra for each additional horse

Terms & Conditions

• Before using Wellow Park Stables Facilities you must ensure that you have adequate insurance for you and your horse.
• ALL horses must be flu vaccinated (annual)
• Riding Hats of the current BE/BS/PC/RC safety standards must be worn at all times when mounted. NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It is advisable to wear a hat when handling/leading/or exercising your horse in hand. A skull hat (not fixed peak) must be worn for cross country riding
• Body protectors are advised for jumping and compulsory for cross country
• Only suitable footwear should be worn when riding or handling horses.
• Lights: WPS do not charge additional fees for the use of floodlights, however if we deem that you have wasted electricity, you may be charged an additional rate per booked hour.
• All areas hired are to be left as they are found. All droppings to be removed immediately, doors/gates closed and lights turned off.
• ALL Droppings/Hay/Litter from the arenas, seating area and car park must be removed. You may be charged if this is not undertaken.
• You must follow the rules for use of equipment and facilities as outlined by WPS
• Jumps: Training show jumps are available at no additional charge. Jumps MAY or MAY NOT be within the arena you have hired. We request that you leave the arena as you have found it unless you have made prior arrangements with WPS. WPS predominantly use the outdoor arena for jumping.
• Please respect and adhere to all signage / rules etc set out by WPS
• Breakages of Equipment: All equipment breakages are the responsibility of the hirer or rider and will be charged for. All breakages must be reported to WPS.
• Persons who hire the facilities do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you will inspect the facility immediately before you use it and that you will not use it if you are not happy with its safe condition.
• We require any person or organisation hiring our facilities to be responsible for first aid cover for the duration of their event. This is mandatory for anyone hiring Wellow Park Stables Facilities. WPS does not provide any first aid cover.
• No Dogs: persons or organisations hiring our facilities are requested NOT to bring dogs to Wellow Park Stables
• External coaches/organisations should contact WPS directly if they wish to provide lessons/coaching/clinics within our facilities. All instructors/organisations must have their own insurance cover for providing tuition and issue a copy to WPS prior, and they must undertake their own risk assessments prior.
• Responsibility and Control: Neither Wellow Park Stables or any of its staff shall in any way be responsible for any loss, injury or damages that may happen to the hirer or assistants or other members of the public, or to any animal or property or to any vehicle brought into Wellow Park Stables or while entering or leaving the same.
• Personal Arena Hire Cancellation Policy: Cancelations with less than 48hrs notice will not be refunded. Individual arena hires who cancel outside of this 48hrs will receive a full refund minus booking fee.

- WPS strongly advise that you have someone with you when hiring out facilities 
• Organisation/Coach Arena Hire Cancellation Policy: Cancelations of 2 consecutive hours or more which are made with less than 7 days’ notice, shall incur a 25% cancellation fee of the full hire charge. Cancellations made outside of this 7day period shall not be charger.
