Payment is secure and it goes directly to Boyton Hall. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£20/hour for one horse and additional horses charged £10/each.

 We do not offer a refund on arena hire, however if provided with 48 hours notice of cancellation, we can transfer the booking to a future date if space is available.

We would like to advise you of the following terms & conditions of arena hire. These apply to all bookings at Boyton Hall Ltd and must be agreed to by the hirer prior to any event or hire. Confirmation of any hire is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All droppings must be picked up from the arena and lorry park at the first opportunity.
Pick out horses’ feet before leaving the area.
Please leave the arena as you found it.
Private hire charges must be paid for at the point of booking via online booking. For commercial hire bookings please contact Boyton Hall direct on info@boytonhall.me
Due to circumstances beyond our control it may be necessary to change or cancel your booking. Where the change is considered major as decided by us, you will be offered the option to accept the change, or to receive a full refund of any monies paid against the booking.
Boyton Hall Ltd is not responsible for any other costs, expenses or damages which may have been incurred by the client or their guest/s as a result of the change.
Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot, so they do not interfere with any other bookings.
Boyton Hall Ltd reserves the right to cancel a booking if the hirer arrives 15 or more minutes late for their booked session.
Hirers must only use the arena they have booked at the time of their booking. There is no access to the other arena or additional facilities.
Use of the arena is at the hirer’s risk. All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe and good clean condition by the previous occupant and are required to leave it in a safe and good clean condition
No smoking or drinking alcohol in arena.
All clients and their guests and customers are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behaviour. Racial abuse, discrimination, swearing and loud or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. Boyton Hall Arena Ltd reserves the right to ask any person on the premises to leave immediately. Boyton Hall Arena Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission to any person without giving reason.
No horses are to be left tied up outside a horse box or lorry.
A horse must be accompanied by its passport whenever it leaves its own yard (unless it’s being moved on foot or hacked out.)
Boyton Hall Arena Ltd runs a strict vaccination policy; annual vaccinations are required for all horses and ponies
The hirer is responsible the horses/pony’s hooves are free from muck and mud prior to entering the arena and that they are picked out prior to leaving the arena.
The hirer is responsible for cleaning up all droppings in the arena and the lorry park and we ask you leave Boyton Hall as you found it.
Litter is to be taken home with you or disposed of in the big bins provided. Please use recycling bins if provided.
Children under 16 must always be supervised.
Please return any equipment used back to its storage area after use unless already set up prior to hire. Please ensure the course and the jumps are returned to where you found them ready for the next hire
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment and must pay the total amount required to make good any such damage.
It is always mandatory for all riders to wear a protective helmet to British standard EN1384 or PAS015 while mounted on Boyton Hall Arena Ltd property. Body protectors are strongly advised, and suitable footwear worn.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must always be kept on leads.
Riding is a risky sport. Riding your own horse, or a horse on loan / lent to you at Boyton Hall Arena Ltd, using any of the facilities or riding in a competition or clinic at Boyton Hall Arena Ltd is done entirely at your own risk.
Boyton Hall Arena Ltd takes no responsibility for any rider’s safety either whilst they are riding or when handling horses.
From time-to-time Boyton Hall Arena Limited may take photos of the arenas or facilities in use, for the purposes of marketing, via sales materials or through social media, Facebook or Instagram. Please email us at info@boytonhall.me if you DO NOT wish images of you or your horse to be used in this way.

By confirming this booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms & conditions of hire of the arenas and facilities at Boyton Hall Arena Ltd.
