Wellow Park Stables Farm Ride facility provides our liveries and clients with access to over 5 kilometers of privately owned, off-road hacking tracks, perfect for a leisurely hack or as part of your horses fitness exercise.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Wellow Park Stables.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£15 for the first horse, £10 for every horse after that – maximum 6 horses on one booking

Terms and Conditions of Farm Ride Use:
You MUST:
- Have 3rd Party Liability Insurance
- Follow the map provided on our website
- Wear the correct PPE – Riding Hat (of the current standards), Low heeled riding boots and preferably a body protector

- Must ride your horse with a saddle and bridle
- Wear Hi-Viz jackets and preferably something hi-viz on your horse
- Be respectful and courteous to other equestrian users and members of the public
- Dismount and lead you horse across the bridge
- Carry a mobile phone with you at all times
- Have provided your emergency contact details
- Ensure that you are at a sufficient riding level and ability to ride on the farm ride safely
- Ride at an appropriate speed and style of riding in accordance with the weather and ground conditions.
- Ensure that your horse is fit, healthy and suitable to ride on the Farm Ride
- Keep all gates closed
- Report any damages or hazards seen on the farm ride to the yard manager
- Only use the farm ride following the rules and advice of Wellow Park Stables
- Park in a suitable area not blocking any other transport/trailers or barn areas
- Remove all droppings/hay/litter from the car park/driveway
- Provide your own water for washing off and drinking

  - WPS strongly advise to have someone with you when hiring our facilities 

You MUST NOT:
- Deviate from the map
- Ride through or over any areas which are sign posted not to do so
- Use/jump any of the remaining Cross-country fences which are present on the ride
- Ride over or across any of the fields
- Ride on any footpaths
- No racing must take place at any time

In booking through the online booking system you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that the use of the Farm Ride has certain risks, and you accept that Wellow Park Stables and anybody associated with the yard shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, which may occur. The yard does not insure yourselves, your horse or your tack or equipment. You are advised to make your own arrangements for insurance. All users are to have booked to use the farm ride via the online booking system
The fee charged is per horse, the fee being £15 for one horse with any additional horses using the same booking form being charged an additional £10 each.
Wellow Park Stables is NOT responsible for total or partial acts, occurrences, or elements of nature that can scare a horse, cause it to fall, or react in some other unsafe way.
All horses must be vaccinated for Equine Influenza, and must have had at least the first 2 initial vaccinations, be on annual boosters and must have had a least 7days clear from their last vaccination.
Passport proof will be required.
Riders Under 18yrs of age must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult either on foot or mounted
Wellow Park Stables reserves the right to close the Farm Ride at any time without notice
On specific days the Farm Ride will be closed for internal/external activities which may be taking place.
To the best of our ability, WPS will try and notify you with as much notice as possible.
Payment through the booking system is for 1 use only. Other riders may be using the Farm Ride at the same time. Use of the Farm Ride is based on a maximum 2 hour time slot.
Wellow Park Stables have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Wellow Park Stables cannot be held responsible for the failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions.
