PRE ENTRY – PRE PAYMENT ONLY. Entries by Wednesday prior to Show.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD YOUR TEAM NAME TO YOUR ENTRY IN THE NOTES SECTION

Rules - Teams of 4 with best three scores to count. (Teams of 3 are allowed all scores will count)
Over 2 rounds, if equal scores at the end of 2 rounds a jump off against the clock will follow with the team nominating one rider to compete the timed jump off over a shortened track.
There will be 3 height rounds on the day 50cm, 70cm and 85cm, Each rider can choose their height from 50cm 70cm or 85cm - This must be stated on the entry. 2nd Round fences will go up by 5cm, track will remain the same. 50cm rider and horse/pony combinations should not have competed above 70cm at any time in the previous year 70cm rider and horse/pony combinations should not have competed above 90cm at any time in the previous year 85cm No restrictions. There must be 1 rider at each height and the 4th rider can do any height.
50cm round followed by 55cm round
70cm round followed by 75cm round
85cm round followed by 90cm round
 MINI TEAMS - 20cm or 40cm state on entry - Mini Teams will run at the start of the day and will be completed before Big Teams. No restirctions can be a team of 20cm or a team of 40cm or mixed. 20cm Riders should not have competed at 40cm or above and 40cm riders should not have competed above 50cm
Jump Off against the clock if equal scores following first 2 rounds.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS – SMART DRESS PLEASE 1. Competitions are organised by Muirmill Equestrian Club. Hereinafter referred to as The Show Organiser within these General Rules and Regulations 2. The Show Organiser. volunteers and officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever. 3. Trespass - All visitors to Muirmill must keep to areas relevant to the show centre and are not allowed access to any other area. Anyone found to be in an unauthorised area may be asked to leave the show ground 4. The Show Organiser reserves the right to decline or exclude or remove any person or animal from the show or future show or return any entry fee without being required to assign reason or being liable for any compensation. 5. Competitions - The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, add to, or amend any of the competitions as they see fit. 6. The judges decision is final. 7. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted within any part of the showground or buildings unless in the specified smoking area. 8. Children - The Showground is not a playground. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times 9. Vehicles - The Show Organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the showground even if locked and unattended. The Show Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occasioned by such removal. 10. Dogs - Dogs are permitted on the show ground. They must be under control on a lead at all times. If, in the opinion of the Show Organiser or any of their staff, any person fails to keep their dog(s) under control they may be asked to leave the show ground. 11. The organisers will not be held responsible for any incident or injury to riders, owners, spectators, grooms or any person or property whatsoever. It is a condition of entry that each competitor shall agree to indemnify the organiser against any legal action arising from any incident. ANY PERSON(S) AND THEIR ASSOCIATES FOUND MISBEHAVING OR CAUSING DAMAGE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOW GROUND IMMEDIATELY Contact Muirmill 07968 622701 Please read carefully the General Rules and Regulations.
