Show Information

Early entry fee will close on the Monday PRIOR to the event. Entries CLOSE on the Wednesday PRIOR the event at 6pm.
Great experience for nervous riders, young horses, new combinations.
No fillers, doubles, oxers or planks.
Show attire is not required but is optional.
Riding boots and current standard riding hat is a must.
Friendly, relaxed, encouraging atmosphere.
All classes will run SINGLE PHASE
ONLY the second half of the course will be timed.
Juniors and Seniors will jump in the class together but will be placed separately (If sufficient entries enable us to do so)
Juniors – to ride ponies NOT exceeding 14.2hh. Riders must be 16yrs and over.
(Junior riders on horses must be 12yrs and over & may then enter as a Senior)
Seniors – Riders 17yrs and over (Horse or Pony)
Run under Trailblazers and BS Showjumping rules.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to True Fate Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Clear round - £6 (early entry fee EEF ) £10 after EEF closure
Class - £11 (EEF) £15 after EEF closure

Refreshments:

The Bridle Stop will be OPEN serving hot/cold food/drink.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals BEFORE close of entries will be refunded to your basket (less £5 entry admin fee)
After CLOSE of entries NO refunds will be given or transferred.
Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions and other factors out of our control will be refunded in FULL to your basket or transferred minus £5 admin fee.

Terms & Conditions


Only 6 horses in the warm up
Horses or Ponies can compete in a MAXIMUM of 3 classes clear round.
It is mandatory for all competitors to wear a protective helmet that complies with the highest current safety standard. Anyone seen to be mounted without a safety hat will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
The use of a body protector is strongly advised.
Show attire is required.
Appropriate tack for horses is a must!
We strongly advice that all entrants should ensure that they, their horses/ponies are fully covered for third party insurance.
No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter/organiser for any accident, injury, damage or loss whether to competitors, spectator, servant, any animal, vehicle or their property however caused or in conjunction with or arising from the show.
It shall be condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters/organisers against any legal action arising there from. The promoters/organisers reserve the right to cancel any class with insufficient entries.
The Judges decision is FINAL. Anyone deemed to be physically or verbally abusive will be disqualified and expulsion from the premises.
TFEC may engage the use of a photographer at its Events. By entering you agree to TFEC using images of you and your children f marketing. Should you wish to withdraw your consent please inform the Centre in writing.
Cruelty to any animal will not be tolerated including misuse of whip.
Dogs MUST be kept on leads at all times.
Lunging is not permitted anywhere on the showground.
TFEC has a strict NO SMOKING policy which applies to all areas of the Centre. You are therefore asked to smoke in the designated smoking area.
Children under 16yrs must be supervised at all times.
Please make sure all droppings are removed from around your vehicle before departing
