**All Dressage Tests Judged within the following sections** Open, Restricted, Lead Rein, Rider Under 16, Para Rider, First Ever Dressage Test (Horse & Rider Combo), Veteran **All Combined Training Classes Judged Within Open or Under 16 Sections** Times will be available via My Riding Life on the Thursday Evening before the show. Showjumping is single phase with 3 refusals resulting in elimination in both showjumping and clear round. The course will remain the same throughout the day. Combined Training placings will be your dressage percentage minus any jumping faults and will not be timed. Paramedics will be in attendance at a cost of £2.50 per person.

The judge may disqualify any competitor for misuse of whips or spurs. Whips over 30” in length are not allowed. No lunging. PLEASE REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS/HAY FROM SHOWGROUND. RESULTS We will do our best to get sheets and rosettes out on the day. Online Results Summary will be available within two days of the competition. VACCINATIONS We require all horses to be up to date with their 12 month Equine Influenza vaccinations. Random checks will take place throughout the day so please ensure you have you passport with you with proof of this. HORSE WELFARE Riders should be the correct size for their horse and suitably mounted. The rider should not exert undue influence on or restrict the horse's natural way of going. The rider should be proportionate to their horse. As a general guideline, it is recommended that the maximum load of an equine, including tack and equipment, should not exceed 20% of the horses body weight, based on a horse with a good condition score. No horse/pony under the age of 4 may enter any of the ridden classes. HATS must be worn whenever mounted and conform to PAS15 (1998 or 2011). VG01.040 2014-12. ASTM F1163.2004a and have a BSI Kite mark or Inspec IC mark SNELL E2001 or 2016 (No additional mark required) with appropriate chin strap. FOR DRESSAGE CORRECT dress & footwear must be worn of a short riding coat of a conservative colour, white or light-coloured breaches, boots or jodhpur boots, gloves of a conservative colour and a stock or tie or appropriate riding attire suitable to the discipline of the competition. For Dressage the horse must wear a numnah of a conservative colour. CORRECT tack must be worn for all Dressage following BD tack rules available to view here bd-tack-and-equipment-guide-2023-1july.pdf (britishdressage.co.uk) with the exception of treeless saddles. There will be certain tack exceptions made for all competitors competing in the para rider section ALL horses and ponies must be four years old and over. ENTRIES accepted at rider’s risk. No Stress Dressage UK reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The Judge’s decision is final. INSURANCE Each competitor must carry their own liability insurance whether Riding Club, Pony Club, BHS, BS, BD, BE or independent cover.
HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Those attending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organizer of the event.
