Show Information
Entries close the preceding 48 hours before at 9am. Late entries will be taken at a £3 charge per class. If classes are full a waiting list will be kept.
Classes 1 to 4 will be split into Assisted and Unassisted sections regardless of number of entries
Classes 5 to 9 will be split into HORSE OR PONY sections. PONY to be classed as 14.2hh (148cm) or below and must remain as PONY for the season. The appropriate classes at Championships will also be split accordingly. Classes 5 to 9 will only be split if more than 10 entered in the class.
Any special requests must be clearly put onto entry.
Classes will be judged under BS rules. Bridle numbers OR saddle pad numbers must be worn. ONE ON EACH SIDE
Horses may only enter once in each class competitively.
Any objections or complaints MUST be done so through a legitimate complaints procedure. You must place a £10.00 deposit alongside your written complaint. This complaint will then be assessed by the executive committee. If your complaint is found to be legitimate, you will be refunded your £10.00.

Trailblazers:
SHOW JUMPING
• Remains a direct qualifier.
• Class heights are be 60m, 70cm, 80cm, 90cm and 1m to match with the heights run by majority of venues for their unaffiliated classes
• Top 8 in class qualify regardless of faults incurred or whether in jump off (see SJ Rules 18.2).
• Riders continue to be responsible for purchasing and returning their qualification cards.

You MUST check your email for conformation that your payment was successful.

ROSETTES to 10th place.
1st Place - £10 SRC voucher
2nd Place - £5 SRC voucher
To qualify for the championship classes you need to of placed 1st – 10th in any of the above dates.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Refunds: The organiser reserves the right to amend the schedule. A refund will be given if withdrawn prior to the closing date. Any withdrawals after the closing date and time will NOT be eligible for a refund. All refunds are subject to a 10% admin fee + £1.50 initial booking fee. You can transfer your entry ONCE if 24 hours’ notice is given. In the event that the venue cancels the event, full refunds will be given minus the £1.50 admin fee. In the event that the venue reschedules the event, refunds will be given at the organiser’s discretion. Withdrawals: - In the unfortunate event of withdrawal, please advise the secretary by 9am on the Monday prior to the competition.

Terms & Conditions
HATS must be worn whenever mounted and should be to the current safety standard. ONLY Jockey skull hats without a peak (greater than 5mm smooth and rounded in nature) may be worn for cross country. Hat silks may be worn with flexible peak. It must also comply with the above safety standards for hats. BODY PROTECTORS A body protector is obligatory for all arena eventing and cross-country events and are also strongly recommended for all show jumping events. Body protectors should be fitted and worn as per the manufacturer’s instructions. If a rider chooses to wear an airbag style body protector it must be worn over a permitted body protector and if activated, must be deflated or removed before continuing. Hybrid Air jackets and Helite Air Jackets are permitted. It is recommended that body protectors are replaced once they are more than 5 years old. Riders wearing Exo Body Cage protectors must inform the secretary at all events. CORRECT dress & footwear with defined heels must be worn. ALL horses and ponies must be 4 years old and over. ALL Riders to be 4 years old and over. ENTRIES accepted at rider’s risk. SRC reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The Judge’s decision is final. INSURANCE Each competitor must carry their own liability insurance whether Riding Club, Pony Club, BHS, BS, BD, BE or independent cover. HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Those attending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organizer of the event Please do not leave unattended horses tied to lorries and no hay nets to be tied to the outside of lorries or trailers. Solihull Riding Club welcomes responsible dog owners. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY save for the death or injury caused by the negligence of the organisers of the event, no liability is accepted for any accident, loss or damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. The organiser reserves the right to amend the schedule.
