All classes open to all – Pony Club members & non-members

All classes are open to Individuals & Teams.

No charges for Team entries

ENTRIES CLOSE 6pm Sunday 3rd Nov or before if classes are full

If classes are not full, late entries will be accepted with an additional charge of £3/class

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Ivel Valley Branch of The Pony Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

All Classes - £22
Plus booking fee £1.50 per transaction.
First Aid cover included.

PC TEAMS
All team entries should be emailed by the Team Manager/DC to email ivpcbookings@gmail.com by Tues 5th November.
Teams for each class can be made up of 3 or 4 riders from the same Branch. One rider may ride two horses. Top 3 scores of the Team count. Branches can enter as many Teams as they wish.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals should be emailed to the secretary at ivpc@gmail.com

Refunds will be available if Withdrawals are received before the closing date.

Terms & Conditions

• Warm-up and the competition itself will take place indoors on an all-weather surface. • Combinations can only compete in three classes. • All competitors’ hats must be appropriately tagged. • No ponies/horses should be left unattended or left tied to the outside of a lorry/trailer • Vaccination rules apply www.pcuk.org/aboutus/policies/ passports should be available for random checks. • The Judges’ decision is final. Any objection must be lodged with the Secretary with a £20 deposit within 15 minutes of class closing/results issued. Deposit will be returned if the complaint is upheld. • Health & Safety: the organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards. • Disclaimer of liability: save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event of the Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies not the landlord or his tenant, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, car their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. • The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry and to alter the programme as weather or any other conditions requires. • If the event is cancelled due to Government, Local Authority or Pony Club restrictions, entry fees will be refunded in full.
