There will be no access to the stable yard.
All dogs to be kept on leads.
No hirer must ride a horse alone in the arena without being accompanied by someone who can respond in an emergency.
All facilities must be left in a tidy and clean condition, failure to do so may result in a further charge.
Damage to or loss of College property must be paid for.
If the College’s safeguarding policy is contravened in anyway, Duchy College reserves the right to terminate any hiring immediately without refund.

Payment is secure and it goes directly Duchy College.

4 pairs of SJ training wings and poles are available and included in the hire price - please email in advance to request these

All cancellations or changes to booking must be made 24hrs in advance of hourly bookings, please note that failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged.
