Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly The Grange EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

The hire charges are £35 per session (for up to 2 horses)
Additional horses are available within the same slot at £5 per horse

Withdrawals/Refunds

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please note The Grange Equestrian Centre operates an individual hire cancellation policy of 48hrs notice ( The 48 hours notice does not apply to day bookings / arena hires or organisations). The Grange Equestrian Centre cannot refund bookings with notice of less than 48hrs nor can these bookings be amended or transferred to future dates. The Grange Equestrian Centre will refund* any bookings within the 48hr period which are supported by a copy of a valid veterinary or doctor’s certificate which must be supplied prior to refunding. *excluding MRL online £1.50 booking fee

Terms & Conditions
Hats to current British Safety Standard must be worn when mounted. Back protectors are advised.
All competitors take part at their own risk and are expected to exercise due care at all times and obey all notices placed for their control.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after
The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse entry and to cancel a class/hire
No lunging in arenas.
Please pick up your muck before leaving.
No horse/pony under 4 years of age may compete.
No lorries to be mucked out onto the car park
No horses to be left unattended and tied to the outside of their lorry/trailer
No Horses to be left in their lorry/trailer overnight

No responsibility can be taken by the organisers for any accident or damage to competitors, attendants, animals, spectators, or their property, or vehicles of any description. By entering this competition/ arena hire, the exhibitor of any horse or pony accepts that The Grange Equestrian Centre , the organiser or any of the officers of the show will not be held responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever to any persons, exhibitors or their servants or to any animal or article or property brought into the show ground.
