No Grange Equestrian Centre Employees are available during the day of hire and accordingly all those who wish to school their horses/ponies do so entirely at their own risk.
Hats to current British Safety Standard must be worn when mounted. Back protectors are advised.
All competitors take part at their own risk and are expected to exercise due care at all times and obey all notices placed for their control.
All hirers are advised to check the arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe condition by the previous occupant, this includes distances between poles / combinations / grids etc.
INSURANCE: all instructors using The Grange Equestrians facilities must have their own insurance cover for providing tuition.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after
The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse entry and to cancel a class/hire
No lunging in arenas.
Please pick up your muck before leaving.
No horse/pony under 4 years of age may compete.
No lorries to be mucked out onto the car park
No horses to be left unattended and tied to the outside of their lorry/trailer
No Horses to be left in their lorry/trailer overnight
No responsibility can be taken by the organisers for any accident or damage to competitors, attendants, animals, spectators, or their property, or vehicles of any description.
By entering this competition/ arena hire, the exhibitor of any horse or pony accepts that The Grange Equestrian Centre , the organiser or any of the officers of the show will not be held responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever to any persons, exhibitors or their servants or to any animal or article or property brought into the show ground.
