Show Information

The warmup will be in the covered arena, and the showjumping in the indoor arena,
No one is allowed in the warmup on foot unless assisting a competitor in the Lead Rein or 40cm class.
We will be doing the warmup fence for you and replace any knocked down poles.
*Please note that outside assistance is allowed in the X-pole and 40cm class, but not in any other classes, and we will not allow outside assistance to be given to any competitor competing in classes 3 – 14 inclusive. ‘Outside assistance' is classed as any help given to a competitor via voice etc from spectators after the signal to start has sounded. We will allow one other person to be in the show jumping arena to help any competitor in the X-pole or 40cm classes, but not in any other classes.
We have had to tone our classes down this year to comply with COVID-19 restrictions, and sadly Santa will not be able to visit as he will be self-isolating to ensure he is good to go on the morning of Christmas Day

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry fees members £15.00 per class. This includes a ringside assistance fee.
When entering for the show, you will be asked to agree that you comply with our COVID-19 guidelines which have been set up by Brook Farm for the health and wellbeing of all of our visitors – please do read these.

 

Prize Information

A Christmas gift will be given to all competitors with an extra prize to the class winner and PRIZE FOR THE BEST FANCY DRESS!!!

Special Classes

All double clears go towards the Brook Farm Show Jumping Points League which is updated regularly.
Medals or trophies to the class winners. Rosettes up to 6th place regardless of faults but excludes competitors who have been eliminated.
Rosettes, medals / trophies, qualification forms and Christmas presents may be collected from the entrance of the portacabin situated outside the indoor school. Please note the result of the fancy dress will be announced at the end of the competition
Please see the Trailblazer’s website (www.trailblazerschampionships.com) for the rules surrounding the eligibility of the horses and riders for the championship show. The 8 highest placed combinations will qualify for the Trailblazers Championship Finals, and competitors must then purchase a Direct Qualification Card from Brook Farm which is then to be sent by the competitor to the Trailblazers Central Office

Refreshments:

The café is open for food and drinks.
