Entries will close early if the classes are full.
Competitors - Please be aware that we will be adhering strictly to British Dressage rules as of 2025; including accepted tack and equipment plus the requirement to display competitor number on each side of the horse.

All parking is on floodlit hardstanding.  Please use Car Park A for large horseboxes and HGV’s only and car park C for trailers and 3.5t horseboxes.  Cars to be parked in Car Park B only.

The Indoor Warm Up Arena will open 20 minutes prior to the first competitor.

GUIDELINES
All entries must be pre-paid in advance
Warm-up times will be allocated and provided to competitors as well as competition times
You MUST clear up after yourself and provide your own water
Results will be uploaded online after each show
If you would like your rosette/sheet posting, please provide Secretary with a pre-paid envelope

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System
Payment is secure and it goes directly Moulton College Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

ENTRY FEE £15/CLASS. Late Entries £2.50 per class extra.

Special Classes

Any Horse/Rider combination that has achieved 67% or more, on two occasions, in an ‘Intro’ level test at a Moulton College Dressage Competition since October 2020 will be precluded from entering any further ‘Intro’ level tests in our competitions.

As part of your visit to the College we store and use your personal details and information about your visit for the purposes of managing and operating the College.
We use CCTV at our buildings for the purposes of crime prevention, security and health and safety and, accordingly, will capture imagery of visitors to the College. We also collect you information at “sign-in” as you acknowledge the College’s safeguarding and Health and Safety requirements.

The legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information Except in the circumstances highlighted below, we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests:
we have a legitimate interest in wishing to interact with you to manage and operate effectively our College and to ensure that the College is safe and secure for all persons visiting; and
to be able to do so, we need to understand details of who is in the building and to be able to communicate with them.
Where we are required by law to hold certain records, then we collect and hold those records to comply with that legal obligation.

This varies on the record type from one month to 6 years.

In order to engage and manage our suppliers, where you are a supplier (or where if it is a company, you are its representative) we collect and store your contact information and, where appropriate, your bank account details. These will be collected on our approved supplier form and stored in our Aptos finance system.
You may also be asked to provide details of your occupation, your CV and where relevant a valid Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) certificate.
In addition, where you visit a building we will collect and process the information set out in the “visitor to our College” section above.
