We want all our visitors to have a great time, but we would like to remind you that your safety is your own responsibility. We do not accept liability for any accidents, injury, illness, loss or damage to you, your horse, your vehicle, your companion(s) or your belongings whatsoever, however caused.
1. You must have your own appropriate personal and public liability insurance and be suitably skilled to jump any obstacles attempted.
2. BODY PROTECTORS ARE MANDATORY WHEN RIDING ON THE COURSE. When mounted, all riders must wear a riding hat (correctly fastened & with NO FIXED PEAK) conforming to the current approved standard. All riders should have full control of their horse at all times and be appropriately skilled to jump any obstacles attempted.
3. Riders should be accompanied, by at least one person carrying a working mobile phone (mounted or unmounted).
4. Children should be closely supervised.
5. Please be considerate of other horses and riders. Only one horse per fence at a time. If riding in groups or pairs, horses should follow one behind the other and NOT jump 2 abreast.
6. Only tackle fences that are within your and your horse’s capability.
7. Please report any problems or damage to us immediately, so that we can keep the course at the high standard we aim for.
These rules are largely common sense and are in the interest of your own safety. By entering this event, you are agreeing to abide by these rules.
An adult must be responsible for any rider under 18 years of age and remain completely responsible for their safety and actions at all times.
You also accept full liability for the actions and safety of any spectators that accompany you.
You accept that you will ride the course and use the jumps entirely at your own risk and that your horse and companions on foot are your responsibility.
