Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System: Payment is secure and it goes directly Parwood EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
£18 per horse/rider for 45 minutes. Slots are private hire only however it is possible to add an additional horse within your booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please note Parwood Equestrian Centre operates a cancellation policy of 48hrs notice. Parwood Equestrian cannot refund bookings with notice of less than 48hrs nor can these bookings be amended or transferred to future dates. Parwood Equestrian will refund* any bookings within the 48hr period which are supported by a copy of a valid veterinary or doctor’s certificate which must be supplied prior to refunding. *excluding MRL online £1.50 booking fee
By entering a Parwood Equestrian show, event or facility hire you are agreeing to abide by the rules, terms and conditions of Parwood Equestrian Centre 1. By entering you are signing this form and you are accepting these terms and conditions. Riders are not permitted to use Parwood facilities until payment has been made. The rider must be competent to ride his/her horse and accepts full responsibility for using the facilities at their own risk. Parwood staff do not assess the competence of riders nor are they qualified to do so. Riders must be accompanied whilst using the XC or Gallop or have appropriate safety measures in place in case of accident. Measures such as lone workers devices are acceptable alternatives. 2. Riders must assess facilities before use and satisfy themselves that areas are safe to use. If areas are found to be unsafe please report these issues to any team member of Parwood whether on the farm, school area or yard. If no one is immediately available please report the issue to bookings@parwood.co.uk. 3. Parwood Equestrian Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions should the need arise without prior notice. 4. No one from Parwood Equestrian Limited is available during the day to attend to the facilities whilst being used for training purposes and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk. If facilities are not found in acceptable condition, please email bookings@parwood.co.uk 5. Parwood Equestrian Limited, their staff, representatives or helpers do not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss suffered by spectators, visitors, horses, grooms, friends, vehicles or property, however caused and under any circumstances whilst on the property. 6. Dogs must always be on a lead when on the property and remain the responsibility of the owners at all times. If any dog is found loose or unattended appropriate action will be taken. No dogs are allowed in or around the arenas, gallery or surrounding fields and are not allowed on certain areas of the property which are clearly marked. Dogs walkers must only use public footpaths on the property unless accompanying a rider in which case they should remain with the rider at all times. 7. No horses or ponies are allowed on the livery yard or to use any yard facilities without prior permission of Parwood Equestrian Limited. 8. All riders must wear a riding hat conforming to the current BHS standard at all times whilst mounted. Suitable footwear must be worn whilst mounted. A body protector conforming to the current BHS standard must be worn at all times whilst using the X-Country Course. 9. The welfare and health of any horses brought on to the premises are the responsibility of the owner and any owner with a horse deemed to be sick or injured will be immediately asked to leave the premises. 10. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and must sign this form on their behalf. No rider under the age of 14 years is permitted to use the cross country course. 11. Parwood Equestrian Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, vehicle or animal as they see fit without giving reason. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances. 12. The clearing up of Horse droppings is the responsibility of the owner or rider. Please note Parwood may issue fines of £50 if droppings are not removed directly after using the facilities or any other area of the property after leaving the property. The person on the booking confirmation accepts full responsibility for his/her party and accepts to pay fines imposed by Parwood Equestrian Limited immediately on presentation. 13. Fines of £50 will be issued for dog fouling and littering. The person on the booking confirmation accepts responsibility for all members of his/her group whether riding or not. and accepts to pay fines imposed by Parwood Equestrian Limited immediately on presentation.
This agreement must be read, understood prior to mounting or teaching at Parwood Equestrian Limited. Any person found mounted, or in any way on the facility, who has not completed a valid disclaimer in person or agreeing by entering online shall be on the premises unlawfully and be asked to leave immediately
This Agreement will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If for any reason any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, then (a) such term or provision will be interpreted, construed, or reformed to the extent reasonably required to render the same valid, enforceable, and consistent with the original intent underlying such provision; (b) such term or provision will remain in effect to the extent that it is not invalid or unenforceable; and (c) such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement.”
