It is advised that all bookings for regular weekday training are made at least 7 days prior to the event. This is to allow the training secretary to confirm arena hire, organise groups and publish times with 2 days’ notice.

Any bookings made after this will incur a £2 late booking fee, to enable any changes to be made that accommodates your booking.

When making your booking, please state in the notes your ability and jumping height if applicable; this will ensure that members are grouped accordingly.

It is also advisable to note any times you cannot attend the training, in the event of a change of venue, times may need to be altered from what was originally scheduled.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Keysoe Riding Club.

The £1.50 booking fee goes direct to the Secure Online Entry System - not KRC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.


£23 per session (plus £1.50 booking fee)

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for you to a receive a refund. Any cancellation made after the 7-day period will incur a loss of entry fee, unless your space can be taken by another member.

In the event that the training session is cancelled by Keysoe Riding Club, a full refund will be given for the training but not the £1.50 booking fee.

Please be aware, that some training may move to an alternate arena and/or venue to prevent a cancellation and therefore times could be changed; which is why we advise you add any times you cannot make to your notes when booking.
