Entry qualifications: to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.
(a) For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 375 points. Four double clears will qualify - in accordance with rule 312.6
(b) For all horses born on or after 1st January 2015, irrespective of Points. Horses will only be eligible for double clear qualification to Second Rounds if they reach the age of six years or under in the same calendar year as the Newcomers Final - in accordance with Rule 312.6.
Qualifies for: Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers Second Round.
Qualifying period: The Senior Newcomers Second Round qualifying period for 2020/2021 (2021 second rounds and finals) is 1 May '20– 30 April '21 (subject to revision). The Senior Newcomers Second Round qualifying period for 2021/2022 (2022 second rounds and finals) is 1 May '21– 30 April '22 (subject to revision).
Numbers to qualify: Those horses which jump a clear round in the First Round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers First Round competitions in any qualifying period, will qualify to compete in a Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers Second Round, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). To obtain a double clear qualification, even if the horse is the only clear round, it must jump a jump-off round and jump clear to gain a double clear round.
If combined with an open: In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split with two sets of prize money.

Qualifies for: The Senior Foxhunter Second Round.
Qualifying period: The Senior Foxhunter Second Round qualifying period for 2021/2022 (2022 second rounds and finals) is 1 May '21 - 30 April '22 inclusive. The Senior Foxhunter Second Round qualifying period for 2022/2023 (2023 second rounds and finals) is 1 May '22 – 30 April '23 (subject to revision).
Numbers to qualify: Those horses that jump a clear round in the First Round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four Senior Foxhunter First Round competitions in any qualifying period will qualify to compete in a Second Round, irrespective of their placings for prize money. Horses in the class must go into the jump off and go clear to gain its double clear round qualification.
Those horses that have competed in the Senior Foxhunter Championship in 2021 are not eligible for qualification to the 2022 Championship.
If combined with an open: In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split with two sets of prize money.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Pre entries only via My Riding Life. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Tedworth Equestrian Centre You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Affiliated shows are required to repay 50 % of the entry fees in respect of all entry cancellations which are received by the Show Organiser not later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first affiliated competition of the show is scheduled to start except in those circumstances outlined in Rule 79.5.
1. Tedworth Equestrian, the Show Organiser, Volunteers and Officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
2. The Show Organiser retains as its absolute discretion the right to decline or exclude or remove any person or animal from the show or future shows or return any entry fee without being required to assign reason or being liable for any compensation.
3. Competitions – The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, add to, or amend any of the competitions, as they think fit, with the approval of the British Show jumping. Prizes may be withheld under rule 76.6.
4. Smoking – Smoking is not permitted on the premises of Tedworth Equestrian. Please do not throw cigarette ends on the floor. For litter please use the bins provided.
5. Collecting Ring – All warming up must be done in the designated Collecting Rings provided. Persons found abusing horses on the showground may be asked to leave.
6. Refund of Entry – Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show jumping Rule 79.5.1.
7. Dogs – Dogs are permitted on the show ground, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. If, in the opinion of the Show organiser, any person fails to control their dog/s they may be asked to leave the Showground.
8. Prize Giving – The Show organiser reserves the right to withhold prizes if competitors do not attend the Official Prize Giving.
9. Objections – Objection should be made in writing in accordance to British Show Jumping. Rule 198. Two Show Stewards will be appointed to the Show in accordance to Rule 96.2
10. Official Photographs – Any photographs taken by the Official Photographer may be used by the show organiser for promotional purposes.
11. First Aid – A total of £4 per day per competitor will be charged towards medical cover during the hours of competition.
12. Vaccination Certificate – All horses at the show must have a current and valid certificate of vaccination against Equine Influenza. There will be random checking of certificates and any horse found without a valid certificate will be asked to leave the show ground.
13. Stallions – No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any class without taking adequate precautions to ensure other persons are not put at risk of injury.
14. Close of Entries is the date on the schedule for each event
15. Entry Fees – All accounts must be settled before competitor or owner leaves the show ground. If account is not settled by the end of the event an additional admin charge of £5 will be added to the account.
