COUNTY QUALIFIERS

The highest placed team & Individual for the relevant county will be given the title 'County Champion' & will qualiffy for the NSEA County Finals at Hickstead date tbc.

(Devon & Cornwall School are eligable for this only)

A school may qualify a maximum of 1 team for the finals at Addington.

HICKSTEAD ELITE QUALIFIERS

1m Team Qualifier & 1.10 Individual Qualifier

The top 2 teams in the 1m & the top 2 horses & ponies in 1.10m will qualify for Hickstead date tbc
 

Withdrawals/Refunds

 Any withdrawals after Monday 3rd January will not be refunded, withdrawals before this date will be refunded in full minus a £5 admin fee.

 No responsibility can be taken by the organisers for any accident or damage to competitors, attendants, animals, spectators, or their property, or vehicles of any description. By entering this competition, the exhibitor of any horse or pony accepts that Bicton Arena, the organiser or any of the officers of the show will not be held responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever to any persons, exhibitors or their servants or to any animal or article or property brought into the show ground.

·        All competitors take part at their own risk and are always expected to exercise due care and obey all notices placed for their control.

·        Onsite catering will be available

·        Any withdrawals after Monday 3rd February will not be refunded, withdrawals before this will be refunded in full minus a £5 admin fee.

·        The judge’s decision is final

·        Hats to current British Safety Standard must be worn when mounted. Body protectors are advised. BS dress code

·        Dogs must always be kept on a lead.

·        The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse entry and to cancel a class.

·        No lungeing anywhere on the showground

·        Please pick up your muck before leaving.

·        No horse/pony under 4 years of age may compete.

·        All SJ heights are approximate.

  •    Practice fences must be jumped in the correct way as flagged.



Your Responsibility
All persons attending the event must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey instructions given by the Organiser or by officials and stewards on its behalf. All competitors and those associated with their school are the responsibility of the Team Manager whilst at the competition

Please note that professional photographers will be present at the Qualifiers and there may also be TV cameras at the Championships. Please indicate on the entry form if you do not wish to appear in press coverage/ TV or photos taken by official photographers.
