CRE Competition Rules: Covid-19 Additions
• GUIDELINES FOR SHOWS DUE TO COVID19 IT IS AN INDIVIDUALS RESPOSIBILITY TO ENSURE PERSONAL HYGIENE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEMSELVES AND OTHERS.
• 2 METRES DISTANCE MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES FROM ANYONE ON THESE PREMISES.
• PLEASE SHOW RESPECT AND KINDNESS TO EVERYONE YOU SEE AND MEET.
• DRESSAGE TESTS WILL RUN EVERY 10 MINUTES
• A MAXIMUM OF 5 PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE WARM UP ARENA AT ANY ONE.
• THIS WILL ALLOW YOU 40 MINUTES TO WARM UP.
• AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR DRESSAGE TEST YOU WILL BE PERMITTED TO WARM DOWN IN THE LUNGE ARENA FOR A MAX 10 MINUTES.
• TEST SHEETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THE DAY. ALL RESULTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE.
• TEST SHEETS WILL BE EMAILED OR SENT ON WHATSAPP.
• PLEASE PROVIDE A STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOP IF YOU WANT YOUR ORIGINAL SCORESHEET AND ANY ROSETTES.
• IN WHICH YOU HAVE JUST COMPLETED YOUR TEST.
• ALL ENTRIES MUST BE PAID BY PAYPAL OR BACS – NO CASH OR CHEQUES ON THE DAY. HAND WASH FACILITIES WILL BE IN PLACE AT THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT GATE.
• HAND WASHING FACILITIES ARE BY THE TOILET.
• ONLY TRAVEL TO THE COMPETITION WITH ONE OTHER PERSON TO ASSIST THEM.
• TAKEAWAY FOOD WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE
• PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PREMISES IF YOU HAVE THESE SYMPTOMS
• a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual) These are the main symptoms of coronavirus.
• BY ENTERING A SHOW YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY OUR GUIDELINES

Rules and Conditions
• It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies howsoever caused on the premises
• The Venue will run under the BD Rules.
• Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted. Helmets must have plain, dark coloured covers
• All competitors have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are fit and at an appropriate standard to compete in the event
• All dogs must be kept on leads at ALL TIMES
• NO SMOKING is allowed around the arenas, there are designated areas in the lorry park
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes and refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3.00 per entry form to cover administration costs
• All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over
• Horses may be ridden once only in each class, with the exception of the PYO / % classes
• No lungeing permitted
• Please use the bins provided for litter and droppings
• In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser and Stewards
• For the avoidance of doubt and unless explicitly stated to the contrary, medical facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency callout
• Horses and ponies tied up outside horse boxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• All classes will be judged under current BD rules, no commanders or whips at Championships
• No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made after entries close
