Heated viewing area and floodlit car park. NO DOGS ALLOWED
Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance.
Late entries £3 extra per class. Once times have been published this will increase to £5 per class.
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System: Payment is secure and it goes directly Prestige.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Stabling Information: Yes
a) No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the Close of Entries
b) Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the Close of Entries, and confirmed in writing within 7 days
c) A full refund will be made for horses which upgrade on or before the Close of Entries, but whose entries are not transferred to classes of a higher grade
d) A full refund will be made for horses put on a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place
e) In the event of a competition being cancelled, Organisers are entitled to retain up to £2.50 per horse, per class. The remainder is to be refunded to all entrants, including those who withdrew before the close of entries
f) Competitors on a waiting list who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded

No horses tied to lorries/ trailers or haynets tied to lorries or trailers. WARM UP ARENA: Please pick up your droppings using the tools provided. No coaches/trainers/spectating on foot in the warm up arena, please use the hard-standing area. Score Sheets: Live scoring will be available via our website/MyRidingLife as normal. The Pavilion will be closed. To reduce waiting times you are welcome to bring a stamped SAE for us to send your score sheets by post after the show has finished. These can be left in the box marked "SAE." Note - we will not be providing envelopes/stamps at this time. Sheets will not be released before the end of the class. Once scoring is finished, score sheets can be collected from the score sheet Hut in the collecting area [see signage]. Callers are permitted as per BD rules.
