A full schedule and equipment needed will be sent out to campers on payment of the deposit. 

Campers can either have a total of four ridden sessions (two each day) inclucing a choice between Flatwork, Polework, Show Jumping or Cross Country OR three sessions and then ride a dressage test in front of a judge as the fourth session.

Arrive Friday between 2pm - 4pm - Settle in, use facilities if you wish, evening meal and demo.

Saturday & Sunday - Two ridden sessions of your choice. 80's Disco on Saturday evening.

Cost per person is £300 with a £50 deposit at time of booking which is non-refundable unless the space can be filled. This includes all meals, stabling or grazing. If grazing is chosen, campers will need to bring their own fencing

Your Booking is secured by a £50 deposit or full payment of the camp fee of £300.  Any remaining balance is due on or before Friday 13th June 2025

No text, verbal, email, messenger or WhatsApp entries will be accepted.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Arkenfield Stables.
You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and payment.

If you would like to bring a person to assist who will not be riding, there will be a charge of £30 to cover meal costs or £5 per meal.

 

Stabling is limited, so please only book a stable if your really need one.  If you are grazing your horse,  please bring your own fencing where possible.  We do have spare fencing if campers are short.

All meals will be provided 

 Unfortunately, unless we can fill your space, your deposit will not be refunded.

Hard hats to the current BSI standard must be worn by all riders when mounted 

Back Protectors to be worn for jumping or for flatwork if required.
