Payment Details & Event Fees
Send entries in advance to Optimum Event Management. To enter, use one of the following methods: A: Online via our website www.optimumevent.co.uk using our secure online entry system, payment goes direct to Optimum Event Management. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment details.

As per British Dressage rules. Prize winners will be contacted following the competition.
Vending machines offering hot & cold drinks and snacks are located within the viewing gallery.
Once a competitor's entry has been accepted, it will be assumed that they intend to take part unless we are notified to the contrary (in writing). No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the close of entries. A full refund will be made for horses put onto a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place. In the event of a competition being cancelled, £2.50 per horse, per class will be retained. The remainder will be refunded to all entrants. Competitors on waiting lists who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded.
